This year, we wanted to start things out a little differently. We're not focused on resolutions, just small things we can do every day to change our habits and routines. Each week in January we're going to be sharing one thing you can do to start the year strong.

If there's one thing that will change your life immediately, it's a solid and sacred morning routine. And the best part? Once you get in the habit of practicing it daily, it will become something you'll never have to think about or want to give up.

There are many ways you can do it, and so many things you can include. From our team, most of our morning routines last from 30 mins to 1 hour. Just long enough to get the day started and in most of our cases, just long enough before the kiddos wake up. It can include things like - meditation, coffee, exercise, journaling, gratitude practice, breakfast or smoothie, reading... really anything that helps you get a positive start with your day.
