RETURN GUIDELINES:

Returns / Exchanges: All sales are FINAL at this time and will not be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange. 

For defective item claims: If you have received an item(s) with any problems or defects we sincerely apologize and will Glady get this taken care of for you. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 calendar days, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo of the damage/defect item(s) to sales@sweetlystriped.com along with your name and order number.

LOST PACKAGES: Sweetly Striped is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at sales@sweetlystriped.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen and we will do our best to help you however we can.

INCORRECT ORDERS: We do our best to get your order just right and out the door as fast as possible, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing sales@sweetlystriped.com with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item. If you are missing an item we will get that shipped out right away and email you tracking information to keep you in the loop.
