- All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or with any discount code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Pre-order items are FINAL SALE as they are ordered specifically for the customer.
- All accessories (jewelry, scarves, bags, hats, etc.) and shoes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All original tags must be attached. All items received as a return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in smoke-free condition. Returned items that appear to be worn, washed, altered, or smell of smoke will be refused. Any refunds or returns are at the sole discretion of Sweetly Striped.
- ALL returns accepted will be charged a $5.99 restocking fee. This applies to both returns getting a refund and store credit.
- Refund: Returns must be postmarked within 10 calendar days of receiving your merchandise.
- Store Credit Only: Returns must be postmarked within 11 - 30 calendar days of receiving your merchandise. We apologize for any inconvenience but returns will not be accepted after 30 calendar days.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately we cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory.
- For defective item claims: If you have received an item(s) with any problems or defects we sincerely apologize and will do our best to resolve this issue for you. On the rare occasion that this may occur, you must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 calendar days, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org of the damage/defect item(s) along with a copy of your invoice. All returns, refunds, exchanges, and/or store credit are granted at the sole discretion of Sweetly Stripped.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
- If all guidelines are met for a return, please include a copy of the invoice with your return and state the reason for your return on the invoice. If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please print out your confirmation email and this will suffice as record of your transaction. We also ask that you please email us at email@example.com letting us know you are sending us a return and when to expect it. Please note that we do not check for returns daily but only on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- We recommend insuring your package when sending it back. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us. Shipping charges for mailing back returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse for return shipping costs. Mail items to:
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
Once your return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address on the order. Please allow 2-5 business days for the return to be received and processed. For returns, please note your bank or credit card holder may require additional days to process and post the transaction. For gift cards, you will receive an electronic gift card via e-mail to the address that was given during your order.
Please note, returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase. We hold unacceptable returns for 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days, the items will be donated to charity.
