Please note we only offer store credit for returns. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, perfume, deodorant free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
FINAL SALE ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:
- Items purchased with a discount code of 30% off or more
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the website or displayed that way at a pop-up event
- Hats + hair accessories
- Bralettes + Intimates + Bras
- Pre-order items are FINAL SALE as they are ordered specifically for the customer
All returns must be made within 30 days of when the order was received. After the return has been approved, please make sure it is shipped back within 5 business days. Returns that exceed this limit will not be accepted. Any items sent back to us after that are not in compliance with our return policy and will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
IF ALL GUIDELINES ARE MET FOR A RETURN, please head to our Return Portal. Here, you select the items you'd like to return and the reason for the return. Next, select "Pre-paid shipping label" and once you do that you will receive an email with a link to download a return label. Once your return is received on our end, store credit will be emailed to you via e-gift card. Please note, the amount of store credit emailed to you includes a deduction for the cost of the return label.

**We check our P.O. box for returns on Tuesdays and Thursdays and process returns immediately to ensure a fast and easy process for you.
Exchanges: Unfortunately, we cannot provide exchanges due to limited inventory and our quickly changing inventory.
For defective item claims: If you have received an item(s) with any problems or defects we sincerely apologize and will Glady get this taken care of for you. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 calendar days, you will no longer qualify for a return. Please send a photo of the damage/defect item(s) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number.
LOST PACKAGES: Sweetly Striped is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. Please email us at email@example.com if you believe your package was lost or stolen and we will do our best to help you however we can.
INCORRECT ORDERS: We do our best to get your order just right and out the door as fast as possible, but we are humans and mistakes happen! If you happen to receive the wrong item, or are missing an item, this is for you! Let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and the name of the item that is wrong. All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted. We'll send you a prepaid return label to ship back the incorrect item. Once you've received the label, please send back the incorrect item within 7 days so that we can ship you the correct item. If you are missing an item we will get that shipped out right away and email you tracking information to keep you in the loop.
